            No one really wants to talk about the risks from insider threats.  After decades at the CIA, I've seen proof that in any organization, risks remain and the best approach is a layered defense to weed out risk and develop mitigation strategies. "It takes a village" and sometimes, despite best efforts, the village includes some whose choices can damage your company and brand.  While we seek to limit risks from hiring, during an employee's career, stressors can materialize presenting new risks.
